German Pancakes Recipe

Recipe Ingredients for German pancakes

6 eggs
1 c flour
1 c milk
1 tbsp sugar
1/4 tsp vanilla
4 tbsp butter

Recipe Directions for German pancakes

  1. Heat oven to 425

  2. In a casserole pan put the butter in and place it in the oven until butter is melted. In the mean time take the eggs, flour, milk, sugar and vanilla and beat together (using a blender is quicker). Once butter is melted take it out of the oven and pour the mixture into the pan. Place back into the oven and bake for about 15-20min or until very golden and all puffed up.. cut into desired sizes, serve with fresh fruit or veggies and meat for a dinner.
