0.5 cup Gold Medal All Purpose Flour
2 large Egg, White
0.5 cup Milk, Nonfat, Fluid
1 dash Salt, Table
0.13 tsp Nutmeg, Ground
4 tbsp Butter
0.5 serving Powdered Sugar
1 serving Cane Patch Syrup

Recipe Directions for German Pancake

Beat eggs and add flour, milk, salt and nutmeg. melt butter in iron skillet and pour batter in. Bake for 15 minutes at 425. Remove and sprinkle with powdered sugar and bake for 2 min. Serve with syrup or jam.
