325 g (3 medium) apples, peeled & diced
450 g (2 large) oranges, peeled & diced
295 g (2 large) bananas, peeled & diced
270 g (2 large) pear, peeled & diced
160 g (2 medium) mandarin orange
400 g canned peaches, diced
80 g walnuts, shelled & chopped
60 g almonds, chopped
100 g raisins
150 g frozen mixed berries, chopped
400 g pineapple
