Everyday granola, makes (12) 1/2 cup servings

Recipe Ingredients for George's Granola

3 cup dry Old Fashioned Quaker Oats
1/2 cup slivered almonds
1/2 cup chopped pecans
3 tbsp Brown Sugar
0.33 cup Honey, Strained Or Extracted
2 tbsp Vegetable Oil, Canola
3/4 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
1/2 tsp Ginger, Ground
1 cup Craisins, Sweetened Dried Cranberries

Recipe Directions for George's Granola

Mixed all dried ingredients together except the dried fruit. Pour mix and layer on parchment paper lined, rimmed cookie sheet. Bake at 300 degrees for 40 minutes, stiring every 10 minutes. After cooling, add dried fruit. We mixed rasins, dried cranberries, and dried cherries (1/3 cup each). Makes (12) 1/2 cup servings.
