Recipe Ingredients for Georga's Turkey Chili

1 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Red
1 medium Orange Hothouse Bell Pepper
1 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Yellow
448 grams Ground Turkey
6 medium Carrots
6 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) Celery
1 1/2 cup Beans, Kidney, Red, Mature Seeds, Canned
2 cup Diced Tomatoes
1 tbsp Chili Powder
1 tbsp Pepper, Red Or Cayenne
5 clove Garlic

Recipe Directions for Georga's Turkey Chili

  1. Fry ground turkey.

  2. Dice celery, carrots and peppers and lightly fry in separate frying pan.

  3. In stock pot, add can of diced tomatoes & drained mixed beans. Add cooked turkey and veggies mix.

  4. Stir and add spices. Simmer on med-low for 1-2 hours.
