120 g flour
60 g sugar
4 eggs
60 g almonds
40 g pistachio

Recipe Directions for genoise (semi diet) w/pistachios

  1. sift flour 3 times.

  2. incorporate eggs with sugar,splenda starting on low speed until 3 times the volume.

  3. slowly incorporate flour into mixture.

  4. slowly incorporate nuts into mixture.

  5. pour into buttered cake pan and bake for 15 minutes on lower third rack in oven.
