2 cup Red Lentils
12 cup (8 fl oz) Water
1 serving Black Mustard Seed
2.5 tsp Sea Salt
1.5 tbsp Coriander Seed
6 tbsp Lemon Juice, Canned Or Bottled
4 tbsp Barley Malt Syrup, Organic
12 grams Ginger Root
0.25 tsp Pepper, Red Or Cayenne

Recipe Directions for Genia's Lentil Soup

  1. rinse lentils

  2. cook in slow cooker on low until mushy

  3. add 2 tsp tumeric

  4. pop black mustard seed, add to lentils

  5. add rest of ingredients
