2 tablespoons sugar

Сахар растереть с размягченным сливочным маслом. Положить творог и яйцо и хорошо размешать. Всыпать столько муки, чтобы получилось густое, но немного липкое тесто (от четверти до половины стакана - в зависимости от влажности творога).
