2 breast, bone and skin removed Chicken, Breast, Meat Only
2 tbsp Soy Sauce
2 serving Rice Wine Vinegar
15 grams Cornstarch
4 serving Soy Sauce
2 tsp Sugars, Granulated
1 dash Pepper, Black
1/2 tsp Pure Sesame Oil
1 tsp Roasted Red Chili Paste
1 cloves, raw Garlic
1 tsp Ginger Root
2 medium (4-1/8" long) Onions, Spring Or Scallions

Recipe Directions for General Tso's Chicken

  1. Cook chicken in small amount of oil after coating in cornstarch.

  2. Deglaze pan with chicken stock.

  3. Add vegetables of your choice after stir frying.
