Recipe Ingredients for Gemma's bolognaise

250 g beef
1 onion
250 g mushrooms
2 cloves of garlic
2 tinned tomatoes
1 tsp salt
1 tsp mixed herbs

Recipe Directions for Gemma's bolognaise

  1. Add 1 garlic clove to pan/wok and fry off

  2. Add minced beef and cook until brown

  3. add onions and once softened add mushrooms

  4. Add tinned tomatoes and fill one tin with water

  5. Add water to the meat and veg and bring to the boil

  6. add salt, mixed herbs and simmer for an hour.
