***I just created it one day The only bad point is how much SODIUM is in it. You can find other ways to ***reduce the sodium by making your omlet with lower sodium tuna and beans. :) ENJOY! It is DELICIOUS!!!

Recipe Ingredients for Gee's High Protein, Low Fat egg white tuna omlet

1/2 cup Black Beans
4 Egg whites
5/8 cup Canned Tuna
1 (medium) stalk Celery

Recipe Directions for Gee's High Protein, Low Fat egg white tuna omlet

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl (Add basil, lemon pepper, or any other herbs and spices. I spiced mine with these, and also added hot sauce on top when it was finished.)

  2. On medium to high heat, place on a flat pan on the stove with 0 calorie cooking spray (only a few spritz)

  3. Cook until it's cooked enough to fold in half, then keep it cooking until it's totally done...however you like it. :)
