Fresh-tasting spicy rice. For less kick, use less siracha. If adding to your caloriecount, enter 1/2 a serving.

Recipe Ingredients for geekyn00b's spicy veggie rice

1 cup Rice, Brown, Medium-grain, Cooked
1/2 cup, chopped Carrots
1 cup Peas
14 3/10 grams Onion Red
1 cup, diced(120 g) Celery
7 1/2 grams Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 tbsp Honey, Strained Or Extracted
1 serving Rice Vinegar
1 tbsp Soy Sauce
2 tsp Ginger Root
1 clove Garlic
2 tsp Chili Sauce

Recipe Directions for geekyn00b's spicy veggie rice

  1. In a small bowl, mix rice vinegar, soy sauce, honey, siracha sauce, crushed ginger & crushed garlic. Set aside.

  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet or wok and add diced carrrot and onion. Stir, cover and leave on medium heat for about 5 minutes.

  3. Add rice, peas, thick-chopped celery and stir.

  4. Add vinegar-soy sauce and stir. Leave on heat until peas are hot (about 10 minutes) and serve.

  5. 1 cup = 1 serving. Serves 2.
