Recipe Ingredients for Gazpacho Soup

4 tbsp bread crumbs
4 cups tomato juice
1 tomato
1 1/3 sweet red pepper
2 2/3 cups cucumber
1/4 tsp of black pepper
1/4 tsp hot sauce

Recipe Directions for Gazpacho Soup

In a blender puree juice, tomatoes, red pepper and cucumber until smooth. Stir in hot pepper sauce, pepper and salt(if wanted). You can garnish with yellow pepper, cucumber or green pepper.
