Recipe Ingredients for Gazpacho

5 tomatos
1 red pepper
1 green pepper
1 cucumber
1 red onion
16 oz tomato juice
1/4 cup lemon juice
3 cloves garlic
1/2 cup olive oil
1 tbl basil
2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground pepper

Recipe Directions for Gazpacho

Cut all vegtables to a small chop. Combine all ingredance and let chill overnight. Blend all or 1/2 of soup to your taste. Garnish with sour cream or chopped avadico. Serve chilled
