I've never tried gazpacho before making this, but boy was it good! Very filling for only 50 calories.

Recipe Ingredients for Gazpacho

847 g tomato
1 cup cucumber
1 cup green peppers, seeded, chopped
1/4 cup onion, red, chopped (2 tbsp dried inion)
2 cloves garlic (1/2 tsp garlic powder)

Recipe Directions for Gazpacho

  1. Combine ingredients.

  2. Blend in blender to desired chunkyness or soupiness.

  3. Cook for 10 minutes.

  4. Serve, hot or cold.
