28 oz tomatoes
9 1/2 oz cucumber
7 oz onion
6 oz green pepper
1/4 oz garlic
2 oz red wine vinegar
1/2 oz olive oil
3/4 oz wheat bread
1/4 oz salt
12 oz tomato juice

Recipe Directions for Gazpacho

  1. chop all ingediants

  2. stir together

  3. blend in batches

  4. refrigerate for several hours or overnight
