Recipe Ingredients for Gazpacho

2 1/2 cups tomato juice
1 cup tomatoes
1/2 cup celery
1/2 cup cucumber
1/2 cup bell pepper
1/2 cup onion
3 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
2 tbsp. olive oil
1 clove garlic
2 tsp parsley

  1. chop all the ingredients

  2. mix together in food processor
