Recipe Ingredients for Gazpacho

2 1/2 cups tomato juice
1 cup tomatoes
1/2 cup celery
1/2 cup cucumber
1/2 cup green pepper
1/2 c green onion
1 clove garlic
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp black pepper

Recipe Directions for Gazpacho

  1. peel and seed tomatoes,

  2. chop celery, cucumber, green pepper, and green onion

  3. combine all ingredients

  4. cover and refrigerate overnight
