Recipe Ingredients for gazpacho low calorie

1 medium whole (2-3/5" dia)(123 g) Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
55 grams Onions
100 1/2 grams Cucumber, Peeled
59 1/2 grams Peppers, Sweet, Red
59 1/2 grams Peppers, Sweet, Green
19 1/5 grams Celery
8 fl.oz V8 100% Vegetable Juice Low Sodium
100 grams Red Wine Vinegar
1 Teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce

Recipe Directions for gazpacho low calorie

Chop the veggies into relatively large pieces and put everything into a food processor. Pulse until the mixture has the size pieces you want. Be very careful no to add to much worcestershire sauce or it will over power everything. This makes a two cup serving. Put the gazpacho in the frig to get cold. This mskes a great summer dish. For the winter, try pulsing the mixture until it is badically smootj and then heat it. You will hsve a great hot veggie soup.
