Basic fresh gaucamole. You can add peppers or change the amount of garlic to taste.

Recipe Ingredients for Gaucamole

3 avocado, peeled & diced
1 onion, finely diced
1 tomato, finely diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp allspice

Recipe Directions for Gaucamole

Mix all ingredients together in bowl. Mash slightly. Chill & serve.
