Recipe Ingredients for Gary's Tortilla Soup

1 3/4 cup Tomatoes
4 cup Organic Vegetable Cooking Stock
1 small Onions
1 tbsp Olive Oil
6 tbsp Chopped Garlic
1 oz Peppers, Hot Chili, Red
4 oz Boneless Skinless Chicken Tenderloins
4 oz Monzarella Cheese
4 oz Tortilla Strips
1 avocado,+NS+as+to+Florida+or+California avacado

Recipe Directions for Gary's Tortilla Soup

roast ancho chilli peppers, peel skin; grille onions and garlic in oilive oil; put chills, onions, garlic and oil in blender with fire roasted tomatoes, blend into a puree. Add puree to stock pot and cook down until it's a thick paste-like stock. Then add vegetable stock and heat together. Pour over bowls filled with chicken, avocado slices and shredded cheese.
