3 cup bran
2 cup skim milk
1 1/2 cup of applesauce
2 bananas
1 1/2 cup splenda
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 cup whole wheat flour
2 tsp baking soda
2 tsp baking powder
1 cup of seedless raisins

Recipe Directions for Garry Low Fat Muffin Cake

  1. Oven at 375

  2. Mix bran and milk together - let sit

  3. MIx all other ingredients in mixmaster

  4. Pour out into greased pan and cook for 15 min
