Recipe Ingredients for Garlicky Squash

20 1/8 oz butternut squash
5 3/4 oz carrots
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
1/8 tsp dried basil
1/8 tsp dried oregano
1/8 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper

Recipe Directions for Garlicky Squash

  1. Cut squash and carrots. Boil until somewhat tender but not too soft.

  2. Toss with olive oil and seasoning.

  3. Bake at 300F for 15-20 minutes. Broil for 5-10 minutes.
