8 oz Tofu Shirataki
1 cup, chopped Broccoli
2 cloves, raw Garlic
1 cup Spinach
1/2 medium raw Onion Yellow
1/2 tbsp coconut oil

Heat oil; add garlic and onion. Add broccoli and cook until bright green. Add noodles and spinach; cook until spinach is wilted and noodles warmed.
