Recipe Ingredients for Garlicky Guacamole

1 avocado, NS as to Florida or California Avocados
1 pepper Peppers, Jalapeno
0.25 small Onions
1 cloves, raw Garlic
1 tsp Kosher Salt
1 lemon yields Lemon Juice

Recipe Directions for Garlicky Guacamole

Halve the avocado and discard the pit. Scoop the flesh into a small bowl and add the jalapenos (seeded and finely chopped) and onions (finely shopped). On a cutting board, chop the garlic then sprinkle it with salt. Using the side of your knife and applying pressure with the heel of your hand, mash the garlic and salt into a paste. Add the salty garlic paste and lemon juice to the avocado and mash the guacamole with a fork until it's fairly smooth.
