Recipe Ingredients for Garlicky Baked Butternut Squash

60 oz Squash, Winter, Butternut
1 tsp Salt, Table
0.5 tsp Pepper, Black
4 clove Garlic
2 tbsp Parsley, Dried
1 tbsp Olive Oil
1 tbsp Grapeseed Oil

Recipe Directions for Garlicky Baked Butternut Squash

  1. In a large bowl, combine the parsley, oil, garlic, salt and pepper. Add squash and toss to coat.

  2. Transfer to an ungreased shallow 2-qt. baking dish. Bake, uncovered, at 400 degrees F for 50-55 minutes or until squash is just tender.
