Great use for stale whole grain baguette

Recipe Ingredients for Garlic Whole Grain Croutons

8 ounces Panera whole grain baguette
10 sprays olive oil
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt, california style

Recipe Directions for Garlic Whole Grain Croutons

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Slice baguette into 1 inch slices. Cut each slice into 6 pieces. Spray with 1/2 olive oil, and sprinkle with 1/2 garlic salt. Turn bread, and repeat olive oil and garlic salt. Bake for 15 minutes. Turn, and bake another 15 minutes. Cool. Makes 8 servings (of 6 croutons each).
