Recipe Ingredients for Garlic/White Bean/Spinach Topping

1 T olive oil
4 cloves garlic, chopped
1 pt grape tomatoes, halved
5 oz fresh spinach
15 1/2 oz Cannellini beans
1 salt, pepper, Italian seasoning and balsamic vinegar to taste

Recipe Directions for Garlic/White Bean/Spinach Topping

. In a skillet I add a little bit of olive oil, chopped fresh garlic, cherry or grape tomatoes sliced in half, fresh spinach and (1) can of cannellini beans. Season with salt, pepper, Italian seasoning and balsamic vinegar and just let it sit until the spinach wilts and it gets a little cooked.
