This is a simple recipe that is super quick. I like my vegetables still a little crunchy, so I don't cook them for that long.

Recipe Ingredients for Garlic Vegetables

1/2 c zucchini, sliced
1/4 c mushrooms, sliced
1/4 c bell pepper, red, chopped (bite size)
1/2 tsp garlic, minced
1 tsp butter

Recipe Directions for Garlic Vegetables

  1. Melt butter in a medium sauce pan over medium heat.

  2. Add garlic and saute for one minute.

  3. Add vegetables and saute until desired tenderness. (About 4 minutes).
