Recipe Ingredients for garlic and tomoato

8 oz Plus Penne
1/2 tsp oregano
2 cups tomato
18 grams garlic
4 tsp olive oil

Recipe Directions for garlic and tomoato

  1. saute garlic until brown (do not burn) add tomato, pepper, reduce heat to medium-low. Saute for 4-5 minutes. when pasta is drained add past to tomatoes and toss well. if pasta seems to dry add some of the pasta water. add oregano and toss well.

  2. Can add chicken or tofu and grated cheese (not included in recipe total)
