Tender cubes of chicken breast marinated with garlic, thyme & lemon zest and sautéed in EVO.

Recipe Ingredients for Garlic & Thyme Chicken Sauté

280 g chicken breast, cut into cubes
1/2 tsp extra virgin olive oil
2 cloves garlic
1 pinch salt
1 pinch black pepper
1 pinch dried thyme
1 pinch lemon zest
1 tsp extra virgin olive oil

Recipe Directions for Garlic & Thyme Chicken Sauté

  1. Mix all ingredients (except last tsp of EVO) in an airtight container and marinade in fridge for at least 2hrs.

  2. Heat the 1 tsp EVO in a frying pan ans sauté chicken till just brown.

  3. Serve over creamy pasta, couscous with roasted veggies or use to top your favourite salad!
