A tangy hummus dip made with chickpeas, lemon juice, garlic, olive oil, and sesame tahini

Recipe Ingredients for Garlic & Tahini Hummus

2 cups canned chickpeas , rinsed and drained
1 tbsp olive oil, extra-virgin
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp garlic, minced
2 tbsp tahini
1/3 cup water

Recipe Directions for Garlic & Tahini Hummus

  1. Place all ingredients in a food processor

  2. Add pepper and/or salt to taste

  3. Process to desired consistency

  4. Makes a little more than 1 1/2 cups (serving size is 2 tbsp)
