Garlic Shrimp with Tomatoes, Basil and Linguine

Recipe Ingredients for Garlic Shrimp with Tomatoes, Basil and Linguine

1 tbsp olive oil
1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 tomatoes, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
3 tbsp fresh basil, chopped
3 tbsp ICBNB light
1 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
12 oz linguine, cooked al dente

Recipe Directions for Garlic Shrimp with Tomatoes, Basil and Linguine

  1. Heat the oil in a skillet.

  2. Add the shrimp and cook until just pink.

  3. Add the garlic, basil and margarine.

  4. Saute just until butter is slightly melted.

  5. Add lemon and bring to a boil then reduce and simmer just until slightly reduced.

  6. Add cooked fettuccine to pan and toss to coat.
