30 jumbo shrimp 1/3 cup olive oil 1 tsp black pepper 4 cloves garlic 1/2 tsp salt

Recipe Ingredients for Garlic Shrimp

60 oz Large Shrimp, raw
4 clove Garlic
0.33 cup Olive Oil
1 tsp Pepper, Black
0.5 tsp Sea Salt

Recipe Directions for Garlic Shrimp

  1. Shell and devein shrimp.

  2. Press or finely chop 4 cloves of garlic.

  3. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and let marinate for at least 10 minutes.

  4. Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a large skillet until med-high.

  5. Add shrimp placing in skillet so they do not touch each other. Spoon the remaining garlic and oil mixture over the shrimp as they cook.

  6. Fry about 2 minutes, turn them over with tongs and fry until done (opaque and slightly pink) about two more minutes.
