Whole wheat pasta with a light garlic sauce and shrimp.

Recipe Ingredients for Garlic Shrimp and Pasta

14 1/2 oz. Chicken Broth
2 tablespoons cornstarch
2 garlic cloves, minced
3 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (or 1 tablespoon dried parsley)
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/8 teaspoon ground red pepper
1 pound shrimp (shelled, deveined)
4 cups Macaroni, Whole-wheat, Cooked

Recipe Directions for Garlic Shrimp and Pasta

  1. Bring Broth, cornstarch, garlic, parsley, lemon juice & red pepper to a boil over medium high heat until mixture thickens, stirring constantly.

  2. Add shrimp, cook 5 minutes.

  3. Mix with pasta and enjoy.
