Recipe Ingredients for garlic shrimp with chick peas

30 oz Chickpeas (Garbanzo Beans, Bengal Gram), Mature Seeds, Canned
4 tbsp Olive Oil
4 oz Parsley
1 fruit without seeds Lemons
16 oz Large Shrimp
4 serving Garlic Cloves

Recipe Directions for garlic shrimp with chick peas

rinse and drain 2 15oz cans of garbanzo beans and place on sheet pan in even layer with 1tbsp of olive oil - bake at 450 degrees for 20 minutes while marinating peeled and deveined shrimp in the zest and juice of one lemon, minced garlic and 2 tbsp of olive oil for no more than ten minutes. Toss shrimp on top of roasted beans and return to oven for 5 minutes till cooked through and pink. garnish with remaining tbsp of olive oil, chopped parsley and serve with lemon wedges
