Recipe Ingredients for Garlic Sauce

1 tbsp Molasses, Blackstrap
2 tsp Pure Corn Starch
1 Teaspoon(4 g) Chilli Powder
1 tbsp Garlic minced
1 tbsp Oyster Sauce

Recipe Directions for Garlic Sauce

  1. Dissolve corn starch in 1/2 cup hot water

  2. add oyster sauce molasses, chilli powder, and garlic powder.

  3. Add to stir fry in wok

  4. stir until thickened
