Recipe Ingredients for Garlic Salmon

1 lb salmon
3 cloves garlic
1/2 t dill
2 green onions

Recipe Directions for Garlic Salmon

  1. Preheat oven to 450. Spray 2 large pieces of aluminum foil with Pam.

  2. Place salmon on top of one piece of foil. Sprinkle salmon with pepper, salt substitute, garlic and chopped dill. Arrange lemon slices on top of fillet and place a sprig of dill on top of each lemon slice. Sprinkle with chopped green onions.

  3. Cover wtih secnd piece of foil and pinch together to tightly seal. Place on baking sheet.

  4. Bake in preheated oven for 20 - 25 minutes, until salmon flakes easily.
