Recipe Ingredients for Garlic Salmon

24 cloves of garlic
1 stick salted butter
3 tbsp fresh rosemary or 2 tbsp dry rosemary
2 tsp oregano
1 tsp basil
38 oz Atlantic salmon
4 tsp of extra virgin olive oil

Recipe Directions for Garlic Salmon

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

  2. Take out 1 stick of butter and leave on counter.

  3. Cut the heads of the garlic about an inch from the top.

  4. Place each head in foil and drizzle with olive oil until coated all around. Wrap.

  5. Place garlic in oven about 25-30mins.

  6. Remove, let cool about 5-10mins.

  7. Squeeze garlic into a dish with butter. Mash butter and garlic together.

  8. Add spices.

  9. Oil baking sheet then place salmon.

  10. Season with a little salt and pepper then add the garlic butter over the top of the salmon.

  11. Cook 20-30mins until salmon is an opaque pink.

  12. Enjoy
