Recipe Ingredients for Garlic-Rosemary Pork Chops

4 pork chops
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
6 garlic cloves, sliced
1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
1/2 teaspoon minced rosemary
1 teaspoon red wine vinegar
2 tablespoons margarine

Recipe Directions for Garlic-Rosemary Pork Chops

  1. season pork chops with salt and pepper. Heat oil in skillet over medium-high heat until just smoking. Cook chops until well browned and meat registers 145 degrees, about 5 mins per side. Transfer to platter and tent with foil.

  2. Add garlic to empty skillet and cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds. Add broth and rosemary and simmer until reduced by half, about 5 minuts. Add any accumulated pork juices back to pan and whisk in rosemary, vinegar and margarine. Pour sauce over chops and serve.
