This is a yummy snack when you're sick of plain old peanuts. One serving is 1/8th cup of the finished product.

Recipe Ingredients for Garlic Roasted Peanuts

3 cups peanuts
1 egg white
2 tbsp water
1/2 tbsp garlic powder
1 tsp sea salt

Recipe Directions for Garlic Roasted Peanuts

  1. Beat egg white and water until foamy.

  2. Add nuts and garlic.

  3. Stir well.

  4. Spread in a single layer on a cookie sheet and bake at 275 degrees for 40-60 minutes.
