Recipe Ingredients for Garlic Roasted Asparagus

20 spear,+medium+5-1/4"+to+7"+long asparagus
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
6 cloves garlic
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1/2 tsp black pepper

Recipe Directions for Garlic Roasted Asparagus

  1. Directions

  2. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

  3. Line a cookie sheet with aluminum foil.

  4. Trim bottom 1/2 inch of asparagus spears.

  5. Place trimmed spears on cookie sheet.

  6. Drizzle olive oil over asparagus.

  7. Sprinkle minced garlic, garlic powder and black pepper over asparagus.

  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes, flip asparagus at 10 minutes.

  9. Bake until asparagus and garlic are lightly browned.
