Flavorful fluffy rice with toasted garlic and chicken broth.

Recipe Ingredients for Garlic Rice

2 cups rice
2 tbsp garlic, sliced
2 tbsp canola oil
2 tbsp chicken bouillon
4 cups water

Recipe Directions for Garlic Rice

  1. Toast the garlic in oil on med high.

  2. Once garlic is turning golden, add rice. Toss to coat rice. Allow to toast for 2 minutes.

  3. Add water and bouillon. Stir to mix. Bring to boil.

  4. Stir. Cover. Return to boil. Reduce heat to low.

  5. Simmer for 20 minutes (or longer) until all water is absorbed.
