Recipe Ingredients for Garlic Red Potatoes

3 small red potatoes
1 tbsp garlic
1 tsp garlic salt
1 tsp olive oil

Recipe Directions for Garlic Red Potatoes

Boil 3 small red potatoes for 35 minutes (or until soft). Once soft, remove from heat and drain. Return potatoes to sauce pan, and mash, including peel. Add garlic, garlic salt and olive oil. Heat on low for 5 minutes.
