Red potatoes w/garlic and parsley

Recipe Ingredients for Garlic Potatoes

1 1/2 pounds red potatoes
1 clove garlic
1/2 cup milk, 0% milk fat
1/2 tsp salt
1 tablespoon parsley
1/4 cup shredded colby jack cheese

Recipe Directions for Garlic Potatoes

  1. cut potatoes into chunks and cook with garlic clove cut in half

  2. cook approx 20 min until tender

  3. drain and let sit for 2 min

  4. put in mixing bowl

  5. mash with milk, cheese and salt

  6. stir in parsley
