Delicious crispy seasoned potatoes

Recipe Ingredients for Garlic potato wedges

2 pounds small red potatoes, cut into wedges
2 tablespoons olive or canola oil
8 cloves garlic, pressed
1 tablespoon rosemary
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons cider vinegar
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1/8 teaspoon pepper
3 tablespoons chopped green onions

Recipe Directions for Garlic potato wedges

  1. Preheat oven to 450F.

  2. In a large bowl or plastic bag, toss the potatoes, oil, garlic, rosemary and salt. Arrange in a thin layer on a baking pan coated with nonstick cooking spray.

  3. Bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes or until potatoes are tender, stirring every 10 minutes.

  4. In a small bowl, combine the vinegar, mustard, sugar, pepper and remaining oil until smooth. Add garlic to vinegar mixture. Pour over potatoes and toss to coat. Sprinkle with onions.
