Cornbread made with cornmeal/polenta and lots of garlic

Recipe Ingredients for Garlic polenta cornbread

1 cup cornmeal
4 cup water
6 cubic inch parmesan cheese
4 tbsp garlic
8 dash black pepper
3 tsp cayenne pepper

Recipe Directions for Garlic polenta cornbread

  1. Bring water to boil

  2. Stir in cornmeal, reduce heat to simmer

  3. Add in black pepper, cayenne, cheese, and garlic, stirring often

  4. Stir until all cheese is evenly melted and polenta is not runny

  5. Pour entire polenta into retangular non-stick baking dish and bake for 30-45 minutes, turning over once at the 30 minute mark

  6. If eating next day, toast slices before serving
