Makes 5 servings



Gotten off McCormick Sliced Garlic bottle. Recipe calls for 1 TBS dehydrated slice garlic.

Recipe Ingredients for Garlic Parmesan Mashed Potatoes

2 lbs red potatoes
6 garlic cloves
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
3/4 c 1% milk
2 tbs butter
1/2 c. reduced fat sour cream

Recipe Directions for Garlic Parmesan Mashed Potatoes

  1. Cook potatoes and Sliced Garlic in boiling water for 20 minutes or until potatoes are fork tender. Drain and return to saucepan.

  2. Stir in cheese, salt, and pepper.

  3. Mash potatoes, gradually adding remaining ingredients until well mixed and fluffy. Adjust milk to your consistency preference.

  4. Makes 5 cups.
