1 tbs butter
2 tbs olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
4 cups green beans, cut into pieces
1/2 cup lemon juice
1/2 cup parmesan cheese (shredded)
1 salt
1 pepper

Recipe Directions for Garlic Parmesan Green Beans

  1. Instructions:

  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter with the extra virgin olive oil added

  3. Add the garlic and saute until lightly browned, stirring frequently (2-3 minutes)

  4. Add the green beans and toss to coat Season with a little sea salt and pepper

  5. Add the lemon juice

  6. Saute until the green beans are done to your preference or tenderness

  7. Transfer the beans to a serving bowl and toss with the freshly shredded Parmesan cheese
