6 boneless pork chops 1/2 tsp salt and pepper 1/4 c milk 2 TB Dijon Mustard 1 C Italian-seasoned breadcrumbs 1/4 c butter divided 1 1/2 tsp bottled minced garlic 3/4 c whipping cream 1/3 chicken broth or white wine 1/2 c grated Parmesan cheese

Recipe Ingredients for Garlic- Paremsan Pork Chops

3 oz Pork, Fresh, Loin, Sirloin (Chops), Boneless
0.25 serving 1% Low Fat Milk Milk
1 serving great value dijon mustard
28 g Bread Crumbs
4 tbsp Salted Butter
1.5 serving Natural Minced Garlic
6 oz Whipping Cream
0.5 serving Chicken Broth
0.5 cup Parmesan, Grated Cheese

Recipe Directions for Garlic- Paremsan Pork Chops

Sprinkle pork chops evenly with salt and pepper. STir together milk and mustard. Dip pork chops in milk mixture, and dredge in breadcrumbs. Place pork chops on a rack in a broiler pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Melt 1 tb butter in a saucepan over medium-high heat; add garlic, and saute 2-3 minutes. Stir in cream, wine, and cheese: reduce heat, and simmer 3-4 minutes without boiling. Whisk in remaining 3 tb butter until melted. Serve with chops.
